Seamus Cornelius - Non-Executive Chairman
Appointed on 8 February 2013
Mr Cornelius is an experienced international corporate lawyer and public company board member. He was based in Shanghai and Beijing from 1993 until 2017 and from 2000 to 2010 was a partner with a large international law firm. He specialized in dealing with cross border investment, particularly in the energy and resource sector. He also advised international banks on their business in China and China SOE's on outbound investment. Since 2010 he has served a public listed company Director and is also currently Executive Chairman of Danakali Limited, Non-Executive Chairman of Buxton Resources Limited and Non-Executive Director of South Hartz Potash Limited.
Stuart Fogarty - Managing Director

Mr Fogarty has over 30 years of exploration experience with BHP Billiton, Western Mining Corporation and several junior companies. In his last role with BHP, he was the Senior Exploration Manager for North and South America. Mr Fogarty has a very strong background in nickel exploration, having commenced his career at Kambalda Nickel in 1994 before moving to Central Norseman Gold Mines in 1999. He has held senior roles with BHP including Senior Geoscientist for nickel exploration in the Leinster and Mt Keith region, Project Manager WA Nickel Brownfields and Regional Manager Australia – Asia where he was responsible for a $100 million per annum exploration budget.
Mr Fogarty is also currently a Non-Executive Director of Buxton Resources Ltd (since 15 March 2017).
Richard Bevan - Non-Executive Director

Mr Bevan is an experienced Managing Director/CEO/Chairperson and Non-Executive Director for listed and unlisted companies.
He was the founding Managing Director of Cassini Resources Limited and was also non-executive director of Cannon Resources Limited.
Mr Bevan is currently Non-Executive Chairperson of Narryer Metals Ltd, Killi Resources Limited and TG Metals Limited.
Senior Management
Kirsty Culver – Exploration Manager
BSc Hons Applied Geology
Ms Culver is a geologist with over 20 years experience in the mining and exploration industries including senior positions at Jubilee Mines NL and Anglo American Exploration Pty Ltd. Her experience covers a broad range of commodities and styles, including being a part of the team that discovered the Alec Mairs, Prospero and Tapinos nickel sulphide deposits at the Cosmos Camp. Ms Culver brings with her a diverse range of skills including regional exploration, target generation, resource drill outs and project reviews.
John Ribbons - Company Secretary & CFO
Mr Ribbons is a finance and governance professional with over twenty-five years’ company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate compliance experience, including roles as Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary of ASX listed and unlisted companies. He has a strong background in the resources sector, assisting several junior entities from incorporation to ASX listing.
Mr Ribbons has extensive knowledge and experience with ASX and TSX listed production and exploration companies and has considerable site based experience with operating mines.
